Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designated platform delivery from inception to vehicle launch
- Responsible for project delivery on time, within cost and quality
- Work closely with Leads and cross functional teams for multiple projects in a given program by defining scope, schedule and deliverables as per the plan
- Implement and maintain project initiatives that adhere to organisational objectives and identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects and analyse, evaluate and overcome project risk
- Responsible for conflict resolutions within the projects and drive the CFT teams to achieve the targets
- Prepare and update program reports including critical points for management and stakeholders
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Engineering/Management
- 9-11 yrs of experience in a Program/Project management role managing multiple stakeholders across multiple projects in a fast faced and dynamic environment.
- Have seen and led complete life cycle of the projects from start to end
- Good understanding of 2 wheeler Mechanical & Electrical systems and components
- Good understanding of product validation across Mechanical and Electrical area
- Good knowledge about EV vehicle including components like Battery, BMS, VCU, IoT, Charging, Motor & MCU, Drive train, Frame, Suspension, Brakes etc
- Good understanding of hardware and software/ firmware
- Effective interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Stakeholder management and conflict resolution
- Knowledge on program/project tools & techniques
- MS Office Documentation
- Education : Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Hands-on engineering
