Mill is looking for a contract recruiting coordinator and sourcer to help support recruiting. You will schedule interviews, reach out to prospective candidates, and help improve our recruiting processes. Candidate experience is our top priority, and we make decisions that prioritize quality and speed.
Mill is looking for a candidate who’s detail oriented and mission driven. You will need good communication skills to engage with candidates and the ability to work with internal stakeholders. You will also spend time sourcing candidates to help fill out the top of the funnel. Most importantly, you will need a deep curiosity for the company and our mission.
This is a contract role at 20 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, schedule, and confirm all interviews
- Update the applicant tracking system for a high volume of candidates
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and outreach
- Build a strong talent brand for Mill
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with modern ATS systems (Greenhouse a plus)
The estimated hourly rate for this position is $35
