Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Residential Design located in Pune. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day design operations of residential solar projects, managing a team, conducting site survey, and providing training.
✅ 4-5+ years of experience in solar design (residential projects)
✅ Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, and other relevant software
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Team handling & leadership experience
✅ Passion for renewable energy and continuous learning
✅ Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple team stakeholders, including sales, engineering, and operations.
